How to hack your Oatmeal - enter the “MyoMeal”

Finally, a quick and easy solution for the first meal of the day.

It is at once, high in protein, smart fats, fibre and takes mere seconds to prepare.

Best of all, you can put the base ingredients plus some of the options in a container and prepare it at work or on campus.  All you need is hot water.

Set your brain up for high levels of mental acuity and help stabilise your blood sugar for hours.

The “MyoMeal” - the base:

Prep time: 2 minutes

  • 2 tbsp of Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp of Flax meal (not seeds)
  • 1-2 tsp Coconut Oil - organic
  • 1 tbsp Cacao nibs or 1 tsp RAW Cacao powder
  • Add hot, filtered water to adjust to your desired consistency, allow the Chia seeds to absorb all the liquid.

Extras (optional):

  • Choice of Whey or Vegan Protein Powder (Grass-fed Whey, Hemp, fermented/sprouted Brown Rice)
  • small handful of:  blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, goji berries, golden berries, or dried currants
  • small handful of RAW nuts or seeds: almond, walnut, pumpkin (6-10 nuts)
  • 1 tbsp Whipped (Heavy) Cream - strictly organic - will typically triple in volume
  • Expert Tip: add cinnamon to improve insulin sensitivity and manage blood sugar
